Yes, I do draw things other than the Heroine of the Dragon.

So, this pic's based on the somewhat popular Nevada-tan [link] that's endeared the world over, which in turn is based on a ten-year-old girl box-cutting one of her classmates to death in Japan just over a year ago. I'm sure most people (who keep up with news at least once in a while) have at least heard about the murder a year ago, but I doubt that they've all heard about Nevada-tan, the k4waii anime version. It's a testament to the deviousness of the internet that people have spread this macabre meme so far as to have full fanfics, fan comics, and songs written about the 'Sasebo Slasher'. And I thought the OS-tan [link] concept was pretty weird...

So, talking about the pic itself, I started drawing it because it was a) the Nevada-tan meme was pretty fascinating and b) I thought it might be fun to draw something 'different'. So, it was scanned, coloured, and the creepiest possible text was added. While not a technical masterpiece, I think that it's not too bad. Also, I learned that drawing decent-looking blood is really, really hard. Plus, I think the tagline "I don't really like to play with my friends" is kinda funny, in a dark 'no shit, Sherlock' sort of way. I liked it enough to make a full-sized wallpaper version, which will no doubt creep-out my housemates one day.
